Standard setup takes 1–2 business days. We handle API connections, catalogue upload and script configuration. You provide access credentials and approve scripts before go-live.
How does the AI know about my products?
During setup we load your full catalogue — names, descriptions, prices, stock levels and photos. When you update the catalogue, syncing happens automatically via API or on a schedule.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer?
For complex questions the AI politely transfers to a live agent. You get a notification via Telegram or email. All escalated conversations appear in a dedicated queue with full context.
Can I connect just one channel?
Yes — the Starter plan includes one channel of your choice. Additional channels can be added at any time. We recommend starting with your most active channel and scaling as you grow.
Can the AI match my brand voice?
